Upon contacting our company, we encourage customers to come in and visit our premises in order to show our wide variety of materials available and assist in choosing the right stone for your application. We do have something for every client and every application!
Once the client has chosen and is satisfied with the material they want to use, we go out to the location and take precise measurements and templates, to ensure the best fit with as few alterations as possible! From this point we now have the knowledge needed to get started,
we begin by ordering your material which arrives within a few hours, after the material arrives it enters our factory for processing, our highly skilled stonemasons using the latest machinery cut, profile and polish the material to fit your requirements. Upon completion of processing your order is now ready to be installed. Installation occurs at a pre-arranged date and usually completed within one day.
Granite:
Granite is subject to variation in consistency and colour as it is a natural igneous rock, it is also fairly porous and will absorb any liquid spilled on it. Granite installed today can rarely be matched a few years later.
Marble:
Marble is an extremely porous natural rock, due to its porous nature it cannot be used on kitchen tops as it is susceptible to staining however marble works beautifully in bathrooms, staircases, tiles, and many other applications.
Caesarstone:
Caesarstone is the most durable stone available, it is most impervious to spills and has an extremely high heat resistance. While there are many alternative engineered stones available on the market in our experience none has come close to the quality of Caesarstone thus they are our preferred supplier.
To ensure a long lasting stain free finish on your granite a few simple cleaning methods should be followed. We will include a copy of these instructions with every installation.
We work on a 5-7 working day lead time until installation of your order, however where possible we do cut this time down.
Stone Slabs is the only granite company which guarantees their workmanship, that’s how confident we are that we offer nothing short of the best installation in the industry. Any work identified as not satisfactory within reason WILL be corrected.
